The PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments) project management method is the leading process-based methodology. PRINCE2 can be applied to any project regardless of scale, type, organization, geography or culture and is used widely by the UK Government and international organisations.

PRINCE2 comprises a set of principles, a set of control themes, a project lifecycle and guidance on matching the method to the project’s environment. The processes detail a set of activities that are required to direct, manage and deliver a project. The methodology focuses on continuous business justification, a defined structure for the PM team and a product-based planning approach.

PRINCE2 can be studied at the Foundation level or Practitioner level and both certifications can be gained at the same time.

PRINCE2® Foundation And Practitioner

PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner

For delegates who would like to achieve both the PRINCE Foundation and Practitioner, this qualification is ideal for delegates with around 1-2 years’ experience in project management.

PRINCE2® Foundation

PRINCE2 Foundation

PRINCE2 Foundation provides the theoretical knowledge of how to plan, manage and deliver projects from start to finish. A pass at the Foundation level is a prerequisite before studying for the Practitioner certification.
