Paul Richardson has worked in the Project and Programme Management industry for close to 20 years and brings a wealth of experience and practical knowledge. He is a strong communicator and comfortable operating with people from all levels of an organisation. Paul favours a facilitative approach to training and by drawing upon his considerable industry experience, Paul makes his training events mirror the real world thus helping delegates to visualise how they can apply the theory to their own workplace.
Paul’s formative project management skills and experience were gained at Unipart, one of Europe’s largest logistics and consultancy operations. Whilst there, Paul worked as both a Project and Programme Manager, specialising in the learning and development and supply chain consultancy fields. More recently, Paul has been Head of the Project Management Office at a leading Learning and Development organisation, responsible for the management of a team of project managers and the delivery of the organisation’s portfolio of projects.
Since 2012, Paul has run a successful Project Management Consultancy, leading client projects primarily in the learning and development industry and delivering both accredited and non-accredited training events.
He has led projects across all sectors including engineering, banking, insurance, pharmaceuticals, local authority and education.
Paul holds a number of professional qualifications, including:
- Accredited APM PMQ / PFQ Trainer
- Authorised PRINCE2 Trainer
- Authorised Management of Risk Trainer
- Axelos Advanced Programme Management Practitioner
- Registered Myers Briggs Consultant / Practitioner
- Six Sigma Green Belt
He is also a full member of the Association for Project Management.
